In May 2024, “Tantan Men Kinke Kuro Daruma” opened in Da Nang, serving authentic, extra-spicy tantanmen originating from Yokohama, and it has already captured the hearts of ramen lovers.

Our pride is, above all, a bowl meticulously crafted by Japanese chefs. The rich broth, infused with skills and passion honed over many years, boasts a deep, unforgettable body and umami. It pairs perfectly with our custom, firm noodles that cling beautifully to the soup.

Beyond tantanmen, you can fully savor the tastes of Japan, including the masterfully prepared Nagoya specialty “miso katsu” and the newly added “miso ramen.”
