Thao and her team were great with my 4.5 year old son either taking care of him in the villa/hotel or taking him out to kids play centres. Used thaos services in da nang, hoi an and also lang co. Price was good too. Would recommend

I cannot rave enough about the excellent service provided by Thao and Nanny My. We spent the week in Da Nang and Hoi An, and my 3 year old son was absolutely smitten with Nanny My. Thao was so pleasant and helpful to communicate with from the start. She was very efficient and warm, and instantly made us feel comfortable with engaging her services. Nanny My was so hospitable that my son wanted to take her home with us! Tip top babysitting services. 1000%. We are already looking forward to our next trip back!

It was a very good service!
They brought toys that made the children happy,
went into the pool with us, and we had a great time together.
Thanks to them, I was able to relax during the trip.
When I forgot my bag in a taxi, they communicated with Grab support and helped me get it back,
and when I forgot the villa key, they contacted the owner and found out there was a master key — they were truly capable.
They also told us about places where kids can play and currency exchange locations, and were really helpful in many ways.
When I go to Da Nang again, I would like to ask for Ms. Alice's help.

Thao was of great help to our family when we were in Danang and Hoi An for 9 days. My 16 month old was accepting of her very quickly as she has her ways to provide entertainment for him. I felt at ease leaving her with my child at kids club. Also, given that we cannot speak Vietnamese, she was of great help when we went around touring.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, kind, and genuinely wonderful babysitter in Hoi An, I cannot recommend Thao highly enough.
From the moment we met her, she was warm, professional, and incredibly flexible with our ever-changing travel schedule. No matter what time or day we needed her, she always did her best to accommodate us, which made such a difference while traveling with a toddler.
The biggest testament to how amazing she is was my son. Every time Thao arrived, he would run straight to her with the biggest smile. She instantly became one of his favorite people. She was so hands-on, engaging, patient, and full of positive energy. She truly became a bright light in both of our lives during our stay in Hoi An.
She would often surprise my son with little gifts, and the balloons she brought him absolutely made his day. Those thoughtful gestures meant so much and showed how much she genuinely cared about making him happy.
Her communication was also outstanding. She kept me updated throughout the day with messages and photos, giving me complete peace of mind whenever I was away.
Traveling as a parent can be stressful, but Thao made it so much easier. She treated my son with so much love and care that I always knew he was in the best hands.
We already miss her so much and can’t wait to see her again the next time we’re in Hoi An. Thank you, Thao, for everything you did for our little family ❤️

We had such a great experience with Thao's Babysitting and Nanny Service while in Da Nang this spring.
When my husband and I decided we were going to live in Da Nang for 3 months, one of our first concerns was child care. I grew up with a nanny so I know how important it is to find the right fit. My nanny was like a second mom for me. After speaking with several companies, my husband spoke with Owner Thao and we arranged for Nanny Thao Ut to take care of our little girl. I am so glad we did!
Just for a quick background, I'm a first-time mom so I was so anxious about letting anyone take care of my first-born. I was worried I would never be able to leave my baby alone with a nanny. When we first met Nanny Thao, we could tell that she was so warm, friendly, and caring. Within a week's time, I felt so comfortable going to the gym and getting business taken care of knowing that Penelope has Nanny Thao. When I'd work from home, I got to watch Penelope have so much fun with Nanny Thao. She got Penelope on a regular schedule (play time, eating, naps!). She is so hardworking and she really loved and cared for Penelope.
What sets Nanny Thao apart is that she's a loving mom of three. That kind of experience is hard to replicate. I learned so much from Nanny Thao myself as a new mom. I've had 3 nannies here in the US (summer nannies/part time nannies) and out of all of them, Thao is number one. If she didn't have her own family in Vietnam, I would invite her back to the US with us. We are forever grateful for the love Thao Ut gave to our little girl.

Thao is an amazing babysitter ...
Thao is an amazing babysitter and helper. She is very professional and also speaks good English. She went over and beyond to help with other minor chores as well. She kept the kids (ages 9 and 7) entertained and brought little gifts for them too. I highly recommend Thao!
