Mr. Okazaki, the owner of “Okachan Shokudo,” who boasts about 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, created his signature dish “soup curry,” inspired by the allure of spices. Its popularity gave birth to the specialty restaurant YOKARO. With ten years of training at a Japanese restaurant in Ginza, Mr. Okazaki pursues a unique flavor based on solid technique. The name “YOKARO” is inherited from the name of a shop run by his great-grandfather.
