About the Chef
Mikael Checconello grew up surrounded by a love of cooking. He inherited that passion from his Italian grandmother. After many years of culinary experience in France and abroad, in 2008 he joined the “Luna d’Autunno” project in Cambodia.
A few years later, he decided to take on a new challenge and bring the “Luna” experience to Da Nang. In 2013, Luna Pub Da Nang opened, reflecting his passion for genuine, heartfelt cuisine.
Since then, Mikael and his team have continued to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, infusing a story into every dish and offering a special experience to every guest who visits.
