Stopped in mid afternoon with a friend for tea. The overall vibe is good with a visually appealing decor.
Unfortunately the value of the drink for the price isn't good. It seems expensive for the size compared to other cafes in the area.
And where we sat upstairs was dusty and dirty as if it had not been cleaned in a while.
The foundation is solid and just needs next level care to improve.

On my last day in Da Nang, I stopped by for some tea.
It was a quiet café with a really nice atmosphere.
The pudding I ordered was rich and smooth, and I loved that it wasn’t too sweet.
I’m so glad I found such a great spot on my last day. It’s a little off the beaten path from the bustling downtown area, and it had that authentic Vietnamese café vibe—I had a really enjoyable time there.
It’s definitely a place I’d recommend you check out.

Cute shop with lots of photo spots for young people. Prices aren’t too expensive. Airy, open space. Downside: the staff often joke around with each other in front of customers; this is a big no-no in the service industry. The owner should remind the staff to improve the service.

Today's stop for Đói is the gigantic Under T Coffee, right on the main street so it's super easy to find.
The entrance and outdoor area of Under T really win Đói over with a slightly vintage feel and deep brown tones. Needless to say, this is the most photogenic view. Come in the late afternoon or evening and it's wonderfully airy here.
Inside, the space leans mostly white—brighter than OMO. A chic European look that's really cute. Big, roomy tables and chairs—great for dates or getting work done in comfort.
The eye‑catching menu is coffee‑forward with twists like: brown sugar foam coffee, Irish cream & Baileys coffee, coconut meat coffee… There are also juices, milk tea, and blended drinks, priced from 36K - 65K. These names are Đói’s Viet‑ified versions—the originals are all in English on the menu.
If you're looking for a cafe with beautiful indoor and outdoor photo spots, Under T Coffee is spot on. Gentle yet 'diva‑chic'.
