Site Policy

◆Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the 'Terms') set forth the conditions of use for those who use the 'ぐるっとベトナム' services provided by QRconnect (hereinafter, the 'Service'). Notices and advisories regarding the Service (collectively, the 'Notices') are also included in these Terms. Users must consult, understand, and agree to these Terms before using the Service.

◆About the Service
Users shall, at their own expense and responsibility, prepare equipment such as communication devices, software, and network environment when using the Service. The Service consists of the provision of information through 'ぐるっとベトナム' (hereinafter, the 'Site') and the provision of other information. The content of the Service may be changed at any time without prior notice, and even if any disadvantage or damage arises to users due to changes to the Service, the Secretariat shall not be liable.

◆Copyright
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the content posted on the Site (including explanations and keywords attached to the content and related information) belong to QRconnect, and users shall not infringe these rights. When other companies use the content, permission from the Company is required. It is prohibited to use any content posted on the Site without the prior permission of the Company or beyond the scope of such permission. If content is used without the Company's prior permission, the relevant user shall pay the Company an image usage fee (10,000 yen per item, excluding tax) and compensate for all damages suffered by the photographer and the subject (including litigation costs and attorney fees).

◆Prohibited Acts
Users shall not engage in the following acts in connection with the use of the Service. Acts of altering or deleting information provided by the Service, or acts that may result in alteration or deletion. Acts that cause, or may cause, disadvantage to the Secretariat or third parties. Acts that infringe, or may infringe, the copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of the Secretariat or third parties. Acts of defaming or slandering the Secretariat or third parties and damaging their honor or credibility. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service by any means. Criminal acts or acts that lead to criminal acts. Acts of impersonating a third party to use the Service. Acts of reproducing, copying, storing, or transmitting the content of the Service without authorization. Acts that are, or may be, contrary to public order and morals, laws, or other ethics. Acts of using information provided by the Service for commercial purposes without authorization.Other acts that the Secretariat deems inappropriate for this Service.

◆ Disclaimer
While we strive to always provide users with accurate information through this Service, the Secretariat does not guarantee the content thereof. The Secretariat bears no responsibility whatsoever for loss, etc., arising from alteration by third parties of information accumulated by the Secretariat or by users on facilities for this Service, or of information whose accumulation by third parties has been approved. The Secretariat assumes no liability for any damages suffered by users (including damages arising from disputes with third parties) as a result of use of this Service or acts falling under the prohibited matters of “these Terms,” nor for any damages suffered by users or third parties as a result of being unable to use this Service, and shall have no obligation to compensate for damages. Furthermore, even if users suffer damages in connection with this Service, the Secretariat shall bear no liability for compensation. The Secretariat may change or discontinue all or part of this Service. If a dispute arises due to a user's use of this Service, the user in question shall resolve it at their own responsibility. In addition, if a third party or the Secretariat suffers damages, the user in question shall be obligated to compensate for such damages at their own responsibility and expense. There may be links from this Service to other websites. The Secretariat does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, etc., of information posted on such websites. The handling of personal information disclosed by users on such websites is subject to the operating policies of those websites. Furthermore, if problems arising from the use of such websites occur to users or third parties, the Secretariat shall bear no responsibility whatsoever and shall have no obligation to compensate for damages.
