JOB DESCRIPTION
* Restaurant Manager
Coordinate daily restaurant operations
Manage staff, shifts, service quality
Coordinate between kitchen and service to ensure customer experience
* Cold Kitchen Sashimi
Prepare and cut sashimi and sushi to technical standards
Monitor storage of fresh ingredients
Ensure hygiene standards and presentation
* Hot Kitchen
Prepare hot dishes according to menu
Control consistency and quality of dishes
Maintain kitchen area hygiene
* Cocktail Bartender
Mix cocktails according to menu and customer requests
Prepare ingredients, set up the bar
Keep bar tidy and clean
* Server
Greet and guide customers
Serve dishes according to the process
Support customers throughout the meal
** REQUIREMENTS
Preference for experience in Omakase service
Age 18–25 (applies to server position: 2 people)
Quick, neat, professional demeanor
Responsibility and team spirit
Preference for candidates able to work long term
