Had a wonderful omakase dinner at Sushi Aoyama Hanoi Omakase, one that I’ll remember for a long time.
The sashimi was incredibly fresh, and you could really taste the quality in every bite. What impressed me most was Chef Muro’s craftsmanship, not just in the food itself, but in the way everything was presented and paced.
It was a really enjoyable evening. I’d definitely come back again and would recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality food and thoughtful preparation.
Lastly, thank you to the team for the lovely birthday surprise 🥰

No regrets choosing Sushi Aoya...
No regrets choosing Sushi Aoyama for the omakase. Every dish was so nice and the chef was so interactive and fun. It was a super wholesome experience which I really enjoyed. Thank you Chef Muro !
