A sushi restaurant I visited in Da Nang during my trip was more authentic than I expected and left me deeply impressed.

There are two Japanese chefs who carefully shape sushi right in front of you.

They are very friendly and clearly explain the toppings—what kind of fish it is, whether it’s local, and so on—so even tourists can relax and enjoy. Being able to eat sushi made with fresh fish caught off the coast of Da Nang is a special experience unique to travel.

The interior feels exactly like a sushi restaurant in Japan, giving a comforting sense as if you’ve returned to Japan even while abroad. Even when tired during the trip, it was nice to be able to dine calmly.

The flavors are at a very high level; I honestly didn’t expect to find sushi this delicious overseas. Highly recommended for anyone looking for Japanese food or sushi in Da Nang and not wanting to risk a miss.
