This time, we enjoyed a top‑tier, premium gastronomic experience in Da Nang, with the owner‑chef finishing dishes right in front of us and serving each table personally. The chef carefully explained his dedication to each dish, the origins of the seafood, and the French wine pairings that elevate the flavors. Moreover, the staff proactively introduced the restaurant’s history and menu, and after each course they replaced our plates with new ones. We were impressed by the warm yet unpretentious, faultless hospitality (service: 4 stars).
The signature steak is impeccable in both doneness and seasoning, and the crab soup is outstanding. The highlight, however, is the dessert! Right before your eyes they perform a dynamic flambé “magic performance” using cognac (brandy), wielding flames in a way that makes you want to capture it on video. This is a one‑of‑a‑kind experience in Da Nang that you can only have here.

We ordered a steak platter with three kinds of meat, served with grilled mushrooms and asparagus. Everything was cooked to perfection—the meat was tender and juicy, with truly authentic Argentine flavor. It had been a long time since we’d had beef this delicious. Even when ordered well-done, it remained remarkably juicy. The Argentine red wine was served slightly chilled, a thoughtful touch given how room-temperature red can become warm in a hot country.
Service and space: The staff’s attentiveness is exceptional: water glasses are always topped up, used dishes are cleared promptly, and the owner personally makes the rounds to ask for feedback. We were also impressed by the attention to detail in the restrooms—bag hooks, feminine hygiene products, even free hair ties. The cleanliness and well-managed standards set it apart from other restaurants in Vietnam. The interior is quiet and conversation-friendly, and it can accommodate groups of any size.

There is no hint of gaminess, and you can fully savor the meat’s natural sweetness. Both the T-bone steak and the duck steak are skillfully prepared, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and generous portions. Choose a favorite bottle from over 50 wines and you’ll have a blissful pairing.
Also, don’t miss the fresh oysters directly imported from Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. They were arguably the freshest in Da Nang—we even ended up ordering a second plate. The complimentary garlic toast was a delightful surprise.
Service and space: A warm, bistro-like atmosphere, a high-quality wine list, and heartfelt service. The owner, Dan, personally visited each table with care and even treated us to an off-menu local drink.
