The weather was much hotter than we had expected, and the temperature was already well over 30 degrees as soon as we left the airport. We took a Grab and headed to the Sheraton Grand Danang Resort, where we would stay the first night. The hotel was about a 20-minute drive from the airport, so it was very accessible. As we passed through downtown Danang and headed toward Non Nuoc Beach with its emerald sea, we began to feel the atmosphere of a resort. The Sheraton Grand Danang Resort, located on a large site, exuded a luxurious and magnificent atmosphere, just as its name suggests. Upon arriving at the entrance, the staff greeted us with a bright smile and kindly helped us carry our luggage. The lobby had an open layout, giving us a cool and relaxed atmosphere. Check-in was also very smooth, and we were given a welcome drink and a brief explanation of the resort facilities. This is the longest swimming pool in Southeast Asia, stretching a whopping 250 meters. The endless water view was truly spectacular! There were several cozy cabanas and loungers next to the pool, which made us feel like we were in heaven. We laid on the sunbeds and enjoyed refreshing cocktails to relieve our travel fatigue. It took about 30 minutes by taxi from the Sheraton Grand Danang Resort. As we got closer to Hoi An, the scenery changed. The modern Danang city center disappeared, and traditional houses and a hazy atmosphere began to take its place. Hoi An Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, flourished as a trading port from the 16th to the 19th century, and traces of that era still remain today. The taxi dropped us off at the entrance to the Old Town, and since cars were not allowed inside, we started exploring on foot. The sky was not yet completely dark, but people were already hanging lanterns in the alleys. As soon as we stepped into the Old Town, it felt like we had stepped back in time. Old-fashioned townhouses with yellow walls lined the streets, and traditional red and blue lanterns swayed under their eaves. Cove Restaurant where I had my first buffalo steak. 오랜 산책을 마치고 드디어 기대하던 저녁 식사 시간! 이번에는 투본강을 따라 위치한 Cobb restaurant 코브 레스토랑을 찾아갔습니다. 이곳은 일본다리까지도 도보로 이동할 수 있어 위치도 아주 좋아요. 이 레스토랑의 대표 메뉴는 바로 물소 스테이크! 베트남에서는 물소 요리를 종종 볼 수 있지만, 이렇게 스테이크 형태로 즐길 수 있는 곳은 거의 없어요. 냄새가 없고 육질이 부드럽기로 소문나 있어서, 고민도 없이 바로 주문했죠.   After a long walk, it was finally time for the long-awaited dinner! This time, we went to Cobb restaurant located along the Thu Bon River. It is also in a great location, as it is within walking distance of the Japanese bridge. The signature dish of this restaurant is the buffalo steak! You can often find buffalo dishes in Vietnam, but there are few places where you can enjoy it in steak form like this. It is famous for its odorless and tender meat, so I ordered it without hesitation. 잠시 후, 스테이크가 테이블에 나왔고… 비주얼부터 완벽! 칼을 살짝 넣었는데, 믿기지 않을 만큼 부드럽게 잘렸어요. 한 입 베어무는 순간, 고기의 진한 풍미와 특유의 향이 입안 가득 퍼졌고요. 걱정했던 특유의 냄새는 전혀 없었고, 오히려 섬세한 맛이 인상 깊었어요. “진짜 맛있다!” 친구와 눈을 마주치며 동시에 감탄했죠. 함께 주문한 게살과 신선한 새우가 듬뿍 들어간 파스타도 일품이었습니다. 잔잔히 흐르는 강을 바라보며 강변 테라스에서 만끽한 이 저녁 식사, 아마 오래도록 기억에 남을 것 같아요.   After a while, the steak was on the table… and it looked perfect! I put the knife in slightly, and it was cut so smoothly that I couldn’t believe it. The moment I took a bite, the rich flavor and unique aroma of the meat filled my mouth. There was no unique smell that I was worried about, and the delicate taste was impressive. “This is really delicious!” I made eye contact with my friend and exclaimed at the same time. The pasta with crab meat and fresh shrimp that we ordered together was also excellent. As lanterns hung in every alley began to light up one by one, the entire town took on a dreamy atmosphere, like a scene from a fairy tale. The scenery along the Thu Bon River was particularly impressive. The lanterns reflected on the river water rippled, giving the feeling of walking through a dream. 강 위를 천천히 떠다니는 작은 불빛들은 말로는 다 담아낼 수 없는 신비롭고도 잔잔한 아름다움을 품고 있었어요. The small lights floating slowly over the river had a mysterious and gentle beauty that could not be expressed in words. 밤의 호이안은 낮과는 전혀 다른 매력을 지녔습니다. 야시장에서는 지역 장인의 손길이 담긴 수공예품부터, 옷, 액세서리까지 다양한 물건들이 아기자기한 공간 안에 가득했어요. 이곳에서 흥정을 하며 쇼핑하는 것 또한 여행의 소소하지만 확실한 즐거움 중 하나였죠. Hoi An at night has a completely different charm than during the day. The night market is filled with a variety of items, from handicrafts made by local artisans to clothes and accessories, all in a cute space. Shopping while bargaining here is also one of the small but definite pleasures of traveling. 저녁: 호텔로 돌아가는 길 Dinner: Back to the hotel 풍성한 저녁 식사를 마친 후, 우리는 택시를 타고 쉐라톤 그랜드 다낭 리조트로 돌아왔습니다. 리조트에 도착하니, 수영장과 건물들이 불빛으로 아름답게 물들어 낮과는 전혀 다른 분위기를 자아내고 있었습니다. 객실에 들어와 깨끗이 샤워를 하고, 다음 날 일정을 다시 한번 확인한 뒤 잠자리에 들었어요. 여행 첫날부터 쉐라톤 리조트에서의 고급스러운 휴식과 호이안에서의 마법 같은 밤을 만끽할 수 있었던 건, 정말로 멋진 하루였습니다. 내일 아침엔 이른 시간에 체크아웃하고, 바나힐로 이동해 관광한 뒤 다음 호텔로 향할 예정입니다.   After a sumptuous dinner, we took a taxi back to the Sheraton Grand Danang Resort. When we arrived at the resort, the pool and buildings were beautifully lit up, creating a completely different atmosphere from the daytime. We went into our room, took a quick shower, checked our schedule for the next day, and went to bed. It was a truly wonderful day, enjoying the luxurious relaxation at the Sheraton Resort and the magical night in Hoi An from the first day of our trip. We loaded our luggage into a taxi and headed straight to Ba Na Hills. 바나힐은 다낭 시내에서 차로 약 40분 떨어진 산꼭대기에 위치해 있습니다. 산기슭에 있는 주차장에서부터 정상까지는, 세계에서 가장 긴 케이블카를 타고 올라가야 하죠. 이른 아침이라 방문객이 적어, 무리 없이 케이블카를 탈 수 있었습니다. 웅장한 산세와 그 아래로 펼쳐진 폭포의 풍경은 숨이 멎을 정도로 아름다워, 마치 하늘 위를 나는 듯한 기분이 들었어요. 높이 올라갈수록 공기가 점점 선선해지는 게 느껴졌습니다.   Bana Hills is located on top of a mountain about 40 minutes by car from Da Nang city. From the parking lot at the foot of the mountain to the top, you have to take the world's longest cable car. Since it was early in the morning, there were few visitors, so I was able to ride the cable car without any problems. The magnificent mountain scenery and the waterfall below were breathtakingly beautiful, and I felt like I was flying in the sky. The air felt cooler as I went higher. 오전부터 오후까지: 프렌치 빌리지의 스카이라인과 아름다운 전경을 즐기며 오후 3시까지 만끽하기 From AM to PM: Enjoy the skyline and beautiful views of French Village until 3 PM 산 정상에 도착하자마자, 가장 먼저 우리 눈에 들어온 것은 거대한 손이 떠받치고 있는 '골든 브릿지(황금 다리)'였습니다. SNS에서 처음 본 순간부터 꼭 가보고 싶었던 그곳! 다리 위에 서면 다낭 시내가 한눈에 내려다보여, 마치 구름 위를 걷는 듯한 착각이 들 정도예요. 친구들과 서로 사진도 찍어주고, 정말 멋진 추억을 많이 남겼습니다. As soon as we reached the top of the mountain, the first thing that caught our eye was the 'Golden Bridge' supported by a giant hand. It was a place I had wanted to visit since I first saw it on SNS! When you stand on the bridge, you can see the whole of Da Nang city at a glance, and it feels like you're walking on clouds. We took pictures with each other and made many wonderful memories. 골든 브릿지를 지나 프렌치 빌리지로 이동했어요. 이곳은 자갈길, 고딕 양식의 성당, 형형색색의 건물들이 중세 프랑스를 그대로 옮겨놓은 듯한 분위기를 자아냅니다. 마치 유럽 어느 마을에 잠깐 들른 것 같은 기분이 들 정도로 섬세하게 재현되어 있었고, 순간 여기가 베트남이라는 사실도 잊게 되었어요. 우리는 천천히 산책을 즐기고, 카페에 들러 잠시 쉬며 거리 공연도 구경했습니다. 바나힐에는 이 외에도 다양한 볼거리와 즐길 거리가 가득해요. 실내 테마파크인 판타지 파크, 그리고 아름다운 정원인 르 자르댕 다무르(Le Jardin d'Amour) 도 방문했습니다. 판타지 파크에서 몇 가지 놀이기구도 타보고, 정원 곳곳을 거닐며 여유로운 시간을 보냈어요. 점심은 프렌치 빌리지에 위치한 레스토랑에서, 시원한 실내에서 천천히 즐겼고요. 그렇게 오후 3시까지 바나힐에서 하루를 꽉 채워 보냈습니다.   We passed the Golden Bridge and headed to French Village. This place has cobblestone streets, a Gothic cathedral, and colorful buildings that create an atmosphere that feels like medieval France. It was so detailed that it felt like we had stopped by a European village, and for a moment, we forgot that we were in Vietnam. We took a leisurely stroll, stopped by a cafe for a break, and watched street performances. There are many other things to see and enjoy in Ba Na Hills. We also visited Fantasy Park, an indoor theme park, and Le Jardin d'Amour, a beautiful garden. We enjoyed a few rides at Fantasy Park and took our time walking around the garden. We had lunch at a restaurant in French Village, enjoying a leisurely lunch in a cool indoor space. At around 3pm, we took the cable car down from Ba Na Hills. We then hopped on a waiting taxi and went to our next accommodation, Hilton Garden Inn Danang, which took about 40 minutes by taxi. 힐튼 가든 인 다낭에 도착하자, 쉐라톤과는 또 다른 분위기의 모던하고 아늑한 공간이 반겨줬습니다. 호텔은 미케 해변과 가까워 위치도 아주 만족스러웠어요. 체크인을 마치고 객실로 들어가 보니 Upon arrival at Hilton Garden Inn Danang, we were greeted by a modern and cozy space with a different atmosphere from Sheraton. The hotel was close to My Khe Beach, so the location was also very satisfactory. After checking in, I went into my room. 우리가 예약한 객실은 오션뷰! 창밖으로 보이는 미케 해변의 푸른 바다 풍경이 정말 멋졌습니다. 객실도 깔끔하고 침대도 푹신해서 하루 종일 바나힐을 돌아다닌 피로가 스르르 풀리는 느낌이었어요. 잠시 방에서 쉬면서 에너지를 충전한 뒤 The room we booked was ocean view! The blue sea view of Mickey Beach outside the window was really beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was soft, so I felt like the fatigue from walking around Bana Hills all day was gone. After resting for a while in the room and recharging my energy, 우리는 호텔 옥상에 위치한 인피니티 풀(루프탑 수영장)로 향했습니다. 이곳에서 바라보는 경치 또한 감탄이 절로 나왔는데요! 미케 해변과 다낭 도심이 한눈에 내려다보여, 정말 멋진 뷰를 자랑했어요. 시원한 음료 한 잔과 함께, 수영장 옆 선베드에 누워 여유로운 오후를 즐겼습니다. We headed to the infinity pool (rooftop pool) located on the rooftop of the hotel. The view from here was also amazing! It was a really great view overlooking My Khe Beach and Da Nang city center. We enjoyed a leisurely afternoon lying on the sunbeds by the pool with a cool drink. 오후: 활기찬 한 시장(Chợ Hàn) 나들이 Afternoon: Visit the bustling Han Market 해가 서서히 저물기 시작하자, 우리는 다낭 도심에 위치한 한 마켓(Chợ Hàn)으로 향했습니다. 힐튼 가든 인에서 택시로 약 10분 정도 거리예요. 한 마켓은 지역 주민들과 여행객들로 늘 붐비는 대형 실내 시장이에요. 안으로 들어서자마자 느껴지는 건—혼돈 그 자체! 작은 공간 안에 음식, 옷, 잡화, 기념품까지 온갖 물건들이 가득 차 있고, 여기저기서 들려오는 상인들의 외침이 공간을 가득 메웁니다. 독특한 향기와 찜통 같은 열기에 살짝 압도될 수도 있지만… 이게 바로 동남아 시장의 매력 아니겠어요? 그런 활기찬 분위기를 온몸으로 느낄 수 있었어요. 1층에는 식료품 위주로, 신선한 과일, 채소, 해산물, 향신료 등이 가득했어요. 일본에선 보기 힘든 재료들도 많아서 구경만 해도 신기하고 재미있었답니다. 우리는 망고 말랭이와 캐슈넛을 기념품으로 샀어요. 2층은 주로 의류와 생활용품을 파는 곳이에요. 아오자이(베트남 전통 의상), 샌들, 가방 등 다양한 물건들이 저렴한 가격에 판매되고 있었어요. 제 친구는 여기서 자수가 예쁘게 놓인 귀여운 가방을 발견하고 바로 구매했답니다. 시장 쇼핑의 묘미는 뭐니 뭐니 해도 흥정이지만… 우리는 그런 거 잘 못해서 보통 부르는 가격 그대로 사는 편이에요(ㅎㅎ).   As the sun began to set, we headed to Chợ Hàn, a market in downtown Da Nang. It’s about a 10-minute taxi ride from the Hilton Garden Inn. Chợ Hàn is a large indoor market that’s always crowded with locals and tourists. The first thing you feel when you step inside is chaos! The small space is filled with all sorts of things, from food, clothes, sundries, and souvenirs, and the shouts of vendors fill the space. The unique scents and the steamy heat can be a little overwhelming… but isn’t that the charm of Southeast Asian markets? I could feel the lively atmosphere with my whole body. The first floor was mainly filled with groceries, fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, and spices. There were many ingredients that are hard to find in Japan, so it was interesting and fun to just look around. We bought mango and cashew nuts as souvenirs. The second floor mainly sells clothes and daily necessities. Ao Dai (traditional Vietnamese clothing), sandals, bags, and other various items were being sold at low prices. My friend found a cute bag with pretty embroidery here and bought it right away. The fun of market shopping is, without a doubt, bargaining… but we’re not good at that, so we usually buy at the price they ask (haha). 저녁 식사: 신선한 해산물을 만끽! "무이비엔 해산물 레스토랑" Dinner: Enjoy fresh seafood! "Muoi Bien Seafood Restaurant" 한 마켓에서 신나게 쇼핑을 마친 후, 저녁 식사를 하러 갔습니다. 오늘 밤 우리가 찾은 곳은 다낭에서 유명한 해산물 맛집, 바로 무이비엔(Muối Biển) 해산물 레스토랑이에요. 신선한 해산물을 합리적인 가격에 즐길 수 있어 현지인들뿐 아니라 여행객들 사이에서도 인기랍니다. 가게 입구 앞에는 크고 투명한 수조들이 줄지어 놓여 있고, 그 안에서 다양한 물고기, 조개류, 새우, 게 등 해산물들이 신나게 헤엄치고 있어요. 마치 작은 수족관 같아서 보기만 해도 기분이 좋아집니다. 우리는 직원에게 추천을 받은 후, 먹고 싶은 해산물을 직접 가리키며 주문했어요. 요리 방법도 선택할 수 있는데요, 찜, 구이, 튀김, 심지어는 해산물 핫팟(탕)으로도 가능하답니다.   After a fun day of shopping at a market, we went to dinner. The place we visited tonight is Muoi Bien Seafood Restaurant, a famous seafood restaurant in Da Nang. It is popular among locals and tourists alike because you can enjoy fresh seafood at a reasonable price. In front of the store entrance, there are large, transparent tanks lined up, and various kinds of seafood such as fish, shellfish, shrimp, and crabs are swimming around happily. It’s like a small aquarium, so just looking at it makes you feel good. After asking the staff for recommendations, we pointed to the seafood we wanted to eat and ordered. You can also choose how to cook it, such as steaming, grilling, frying, or even making seafood hot pot (soup). 우리가 고른 메뉴는 소금구이 가재, 레몬그라스 찜 조개, 전복, 그리고 게 요리였어요. 나오는 음식마다 정말 신선하고, 재료 본연의 맛을 살린 심플한 조리법이 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 특히 가재의 쫄깃하고 탱탱한 식감은 정말 최고였어요. 타이거 맥주와 곁들이니 금상첨화! 친구들과 이런저런 얘기를 나누며 입맛대로 해산물을 즐기는 시간—그야말로 현지 분위기 물씬 나는 만족스러운 저녁 식사였어요.   The menu we chose was salt-grilled crayfish, steamed clams with lemongrass, abalone, and crab dishes. Each dish was really fresh, and I really liked the simple cooking method that brought out the original flavor of the ingredients. In particular, the chewy and springy texture of the crayfish was the best. It was the icing on the cake when paired with Tiger beer! On the second day, I was a little tired from moving early in the morning and moving to the hotel, but I was able to fully enjoy Bana Hills and eat fresh seafood to my heart's content, so it was a very fulfilling and satisfying day. Early morning: Depart for the mystical Ngu Han Son Mountains! 셋째 날 아침도 우리는 부지런히 일찍 일어났어요. 오늘의 첫 번째 목적지는 다낭의 가장 웅장한 명소 중 하나로 손꼽히는 오행산(마블 마운틴). 야외 관광지이기 때문에 더위가 심해지기 전에 방문하는 걸 추천드립니다. 우리는 오전 7시 30분에 힐튼 가든 인 다낭 호텔을 출발했어요. On the third morning, we woke up early again. Our first destination today was Marble Mountain, one of the most magnificent attractions in Danang. Since it is an outdoor tourist attraction, we recommend visiting before the heat gets too intense. We left the Hilton Garden Inn Danang Hotel at 7:30 am. 오행산은 다낭에서 호이안으로 가는 길목에 위치해 있으며, 호텔에서 차로 약 15분 정도면 도착해요. 이름에서 알 수 있듯이, 이곳은 목(木), 화(火), 토(土), 금(金), 수(水) — 오행 원소의 이름을 딴 다섯 개의 대리석 산으로 이루어져 있습니다. 우리가 방문한 곳은 가장 크고 볼거리가 많은 수산(투이선, Thủy Sơn) 이었습니다. The Marble Mountains are located on the way from Da Nang to Hoi An, and it takes about 15 minutes by car from the hotel. As the name suggests, it is made up of five marble mountains named after the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. The one we visited was the largest and most interesting one, Thủy Sơn. 산 입구에 도착해 유료 엘리베이터를 타고 중턱까지 올라가면, 어느새 신비로운 세계에 들어온 듯한 기분이 들어요. 울창한 녹음 사이사이로 불교 사원과 동굴들이 펼쳐져 있고, 계단을 오르내리며 하나씩 탐험하는 재미가 쏠쏠했습니다. 가장 인상 깊었던 곳은 단연 후옌콩(Huyền Không) 동굴! 동굴 천장에 뚫린 큰 구멍을 통해 햇살이 한 줄기 내려오는데, 그 모습이 정말 마법처럼 느껴졌어요. 안쪽에는 커다란 부처상이 자리 잡고 있어 분위기가 한층 더 경건해지고요. 전망대에서 내려다본 다낭의 바다와 다른 산들의 풍경도 정말 멋졌어요. 온몸이 땀으로 흠뻑 젖었지만, 압도적인 풍경과 신비한 분위기 덕분에 마치 마음까지 정화되는 느낌이었습니다.   When you arrive at the entrance of the mountain and take the paid elevator to the middle of the mountain, you will feel as if you have entered a mysterious world. Buddhist temples and caves are spread out among the lush greenery, and it was fun to explore them one by one by going up and down the stairs. The most impressive place was definitely Huyen Không Cave! A ray of sunlight came down through a large hole in the ceiling of the cave, and it felt like magic. Inside, there is a large Buddha statue, making the atmosphere even more sacred. The view of the sea of ​​Da Nang and other mountains from the observatory was also really beautiful. My whole body was drenched in sweat, but thanks to the overwhelming scenery and mysterious atmosphere, I felt as if my mind was being purified. 오전: 고대 참파 왕국의 성지, 미선 유적지 탐방 Morning: Visit the My Son ruins, a sacred site of the ancient Champa kingdom 응우한선 산맥의 신비로운 분위기를 만끽한 후, 우리는 곧바로 다음 목적지인 세계문화유산 미선 유적지로 향했습니다. 응우한선에서 미선까지는 차로 약 1시간 정도 소요됩니다. 광활한 시골 풍경이 펼쳐지는 길을 따라 달리다 보면, 자연스레 먼 옛날로 떠나는 듯한 설렘이 더해졌습니다. After enjoying the mystical atmosphere of the Ngu Hanh Son mountain range, we headed straight to our next destination, the World Heritage Site of My Son. It takes about an hour by car from Ngu Hanh Son to My Son. As we drove along the road with its vast countryside scenery, we naturally felt an excitement as if we were traveling back to the distant past. 미선 유적지에 도착하자, 울창한 계곡 곳곳에 붉은 벽돌로 지어진 사원과 탑들이 흩어져 있는 모습이 펼쳐졌습니다. 이곳은 2세기부터 17세기까지 번성했던 참파 왕국의 신성한 종교 중심지로, 힌두교의 시바 신을 모시기 위해 세워진 유적 군입니다. 앙코르 와트를 연상시키는 분위기지만, 그보다 더 소박하고 자연과 어우러지는 느낌이 인상적이었습니다. Upon arriving at the My Son ruins, red brick temples and pagodas scattered throughout the lush valley unfolded before my eyes. This was the sacred religious center of the Champa Kingdom, which flourished from the 2nd to the 17th century, and was a group of ruins built to worship the Hindu god Shiva. The unique architectural style and elaborately carved reliefs unique to the Champa Kingdom were particularly eye-catching. I was particularly impressed by the bricklaying and bonding techniques that are still not clearly explained to this day. It was unfortunate that some of it was destroyed during the Vietnam War, but this place still felt like a mysterious space that preserved the glory and history of the ancient kingdom. There is little shade inside the ruins, and it was quite hot even in the morning, so it is essential to bring a hat and plenty of water. Later, I had the opportunity to speak directly with Chef Hélio, which allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the restaurant's charm.   Breathtaking Views and a Warm Welcome As soon as I stepped off the elevator, I was captivated by the stunning panoramic view of Da Nang's cityscape and coastline, which made me pause in awe. Since I visited around dusk, the gradually lighting-up cityscape further heightened my anticipation for the meal ahead. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a sophisticated space that modernly interpreted the ambiance of 1960s French bourgeoisie. The table settings, bathed in the soft glow of chandeliers, hinted at the special time that was about to unfold. Later, when I asked Chef Hélio about the origin of the name Cabanon Palace, I received an interesting answer. “The name ‘Cabanon Palace’ is a playful combination of a humble fisherman's hut (Cabanon) and the refinement of a palace. This contrast embodies our identity and represents a modest luxury that combines warmth and elegance.” Indeed, the space, which exuded luxury while still conveying a sense of homely warmth, truly reflected the essence of its name. The chef continued: “We are not a ‘fine dining restaurant,’ but a family restaurant based on Southern French home-cooked dishes. While we have an elegant vision and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine, above all, we prioritize creating a space where you can feel ‘the warmth of people.’ Our inspiration comes from the joy of sharing a family Sunday lunch.”   Dishes Steeped in the Traditions of Marseille When I opened the menu, I found a variety of authentic Southern French dishes, all inherited from Chef Hélio's family, who have been fishermen for eight generations. According to the chef’s detailed explanation, he stays true to the recipes passed down from his grandmother while incorporating fresh ingredients available in Da Nang. The rich soup, infused with the fragrance of star anise, had a deep, flavorful taste that immediately brought the essence of Southern France with every spoonful. Later, when I asked the chef about this dish, he gave me the following response.   At Cabanon Palace, we hold traditional recipes from Provence and Corsica in high regard. Che Dua is a traditional dessert that brings back childhood memories for generations in Hoi An Ancient Town. 하노이뿐만 아니라 후에(Hue)에는 수많은 요리로 거대하고 풍부한 요리 문화가 있습니다. 하지만 첫 맛부터 손님들을 사로잡는 것은 반봇럭입니다. 사람들은 후에(Hue)에 올 때마다 그 요리를 찾고, 사고, 먹어야 합니다. Not only Hanoi, Hue also has a huge food culture, with an abundance of countless types of Banh bot loc or Vietnamese dumplings. 반봇럭은 베트남의 대부분의 지방과 도시에서 다양한 변형으로 구입할 수 있지만 가장 맛있고 유명한 반봇럭은 여전히 후에(Hue)에 있습니다. 속은 똥을 제거한 새우와 얇게 썬 삼겹살로 만들어집니다. 그다음에 껍질에 싸서 반원형으로 눌러 찝니다. These banh bot loc can be found in almost every province in Vietnam and come in many variations, but the most delicious and famous is definitely Hue. For the filling, we use deveined shrimp and thinly sliced pork belly. Then wrap it in dough, press it into a semicircle and steam it. 포장되는 반봇럭은 더 어렵습니다. 먼저 밀가루와 식용유를 섞어 걸쭉해질 때까지 끓입니다. 그 후에 이 혼합물이 식기를 기다리고 바나나 잎에 작은 조각들을 줍니다. 마지막으로 새우와 고기를 넣고 잘 감싸서 찝니다. Heat a mixture of flour and cooking oil on the stove, let it cool, and then spread it on banana leaves. Finally, the shrimp and meat filling are added, carefully wrapped and steamed. 이 요리는 특제 소스와 함께 먹는다는 점에서 특별합니다. 신맛, 매콤맛, 단맛이 어우러져 거부할 수 없는 신의 소스입니다.
